Shipping & Delivery

We now ship WORLDWIDE. Please double check shipping times before making an order overseas (outside of Australia). 

As a small business we are doing our best to navigate worldwide shipping. For the moment we use "Australia Post" so we highly recommend if needing it for an event or by a certain date to get in touch first & to order EXPRESS. 

Shipping prices are calculated at check out. 

For customers within Australia we offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $150.

All orders will be delivered by Australia Post.

Your items will be dispatched within 24 hours from the placement of the order unless notified otherwise.

You will receive an email with tracking information.

If you need any extra information on your order, please reach out as we will always do our best to help but once an item has been dispatched this is something to be followed up with Australia Post.

If you place an order with the wrong address, please contact us ASAP so we can adjust this. However, if we have already processed your order with Australia Post, we are unable to make any changes.

Please keep in mind once an order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the carrier. If you need something urgently please select EXPRESS and contact us straight away so we can prioritise your order.

STANDARD orders can take up to one week depending on your postcode but usually a few days. EXPRESS can be up to a couple of days depending on your postcode but usually 1-2 days. Please see Australia Post website for updates on postage times using your post code.
