Can I pick my order up?
Although we are online only, we want to make sure we go above and beyond for our customers. The pick up option is activated for our Central Coast locals. If you wish you utilise this, please be in charge of emailing and organising to collect your order. Address will be given & the pick up / drop off will only be arranged once the order has been placed. We do not offer any viewing or try ons before purchasing although we will always send any extra photos or info you need. Thank you for understanding. 

What if I didn't receive a confirmation email?
Please contact us via the chat, Instagram/Facebook or email so that we can assist you with this. We may need your order number/name/address. 

How do I track my order?
Once an order is processed you will receive an email with a tracking number. This will then be used to track your order with Australia Post. 

How long does it usually take for an order to come?
This is dependent on shipping but we do our best to aim for 1-3 days. We offer Standard Shipping for all orders or there is an option to pay for Express Shipping. . If you are in a rush to get your order, we would suggest reaching out and chatting with us before confirming your order so we can help give you more information or advice. Please see our Shipping Policy to understand Australia Post times. Once an item leaves us, it is completely in Australia Post hands and out of our control. 

What if I put the wrong address?
Please contact us immediately if this happens. Once an order is confirmed and processed through the system it may be too late and you will be held responsible. Please contact us as we will do our best to help, alternatively you may need to call Australia Post. We do pack orders within 24 hours so always try contacting us first to adjust. 

What if my order was a return to sender?
If for any reason your order is automatically returned to sender by Australia Post, we will contact you as soon as we receive it. This is when an order has attempted delivery or has been awaiting collection at a post office. Please understand that we cannot refund your shipping, as this is out of our hands and you are responsible. If in any case an order is rejected overseas and returned to sender this will be a unique experience and conversation to resolve between our team & the customer. What if my order did not arrive?
Please contact us so we can have a look at the status of your order. All parcels shipped within Australia are with Australia Post. If you have received notification that your delivery has arrived, be sure to check around the shipping address. Blakely Rhode is not able to offer any compensation if a parcel has not been received after the postal services have delivered to your address.
