Returns Policy


Blakely Rhode will accept exchanges on full priced items within 14 days of purchase, except for Jewellery, Headwear and Eyewear due to hygiene reasons. This is an industry standard. Please note this before purchasing any of those items. 

For any exchanges please reach out to so the exchange can be approved before going ahead. This includes, pending stock availability for the exchange, checking purchase date and ensuring product is in original condition. Blakely Rhode will be able to give the correct return address or organise a credit note where necessary in this process.

Anything that is being exchanged must be in original condition. This will be accessed via photos before the exchange and if the item is returned unlike the approved photos or does not fit into the original condition requirements, Blakely Rhode has the right to return to sender. 

As a small business please note we are still navigating our return and exchange policy and will continue to do better as we learn more and grow. If you are unsure before purchasing, please reach out so we can help you as much as we can before you make your purchase decision to eliminate running into any return/exchange issues. 

Any Exchanges or Returns will be returned to us at the cost of the customer. This means, if you are exchanging or returning an item you will need to pay the postage to send it back. 

Please note for Refunds we do NOT accept refunds for change of mind.

We will assess the situation and endeavour to replace your item. If we cannot replace, a refund or credit note will be provided. Please note that all products go through a 3-step process of quality control. They are checked over at their original destination, checked again upon arrival to us and checked for the third time when packing your order to ensure this is perfect for you. We thoroughly do this to ensure there are no issues.
